If for any reason there is a problem or you simply change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 working days to return it to us.

To do so simply notify us using our contact form before returning any item. In your email please include the following details:

. Your name
. Order/invoice number
. Reason for returning the item/s
. Whether you would like an exchange or a refund

On receipt we will send you our returns address. Please note that our returns address is not the same as our registered office address.

Please ensure all items are returned, unused and in their original packaging. If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If your item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.

If you would like to return any wax melts from a subscription package you will be liable for postage and your refund will be pro-rata of the subscription fee less £1.95 postage.

On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue your refund within 10 working days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
