If for any reason there is a problem or you simply change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 working days to return it.
To do so simply notify us via email to email@example.com, before returning any item. In your email please include the following details:
. Your name
. Order/invoice number
. Reason for returning the item/s
. Whether you would like an exchange or a refund
Please ensure all items are returned, unused and in their original packaging. If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.
Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If your item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs. Note: Wax Melts are fragile and sometimes break but this will not effect their use and so will not be classed as faulty. However, all of our products are passed through standard quality checks before dispatch.
If you would like to return any wax melts from a subscription package you will be liable for postage and your refund will be pro-rata of the subscription fee less £1.50 postage. Guest scents are non-returnable.
On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue your refund within 10 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
