Careers at Pick n Melt

Pick n Melt is built on creativity, hard work, and the joy of making something people love to smell. Every candle, wax melt, and diffuser is hand-poured, packed, and shipped by people who care about what they do.

We’re looking for positive, reliable, curious people to join our small team at our flagship Eastleigh store & workshop. Roles range from production and packing to retail and creative support. Attitude matters most: care, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

If you enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on environment and want to help a growing brand, we’d like to hear from you.

Apply / enquiries: info@picknmelt.com — please include your CV and a short note about why you’d like to work with us.
