You can have either more scents for your money or if you know what you like, more wax.

The wax blend in each size is the same. There is no difference in strength of fragrance.

We do not believe in using single use plastic. But it is near impossible to remove plastic from our business entirely.

For our unscented products our packaging is 100% vegetable bases. We use card and paper tape. Sometimes we use postage bags that are made from vegetable starch as an alternative to plastic.

Our core range of Snap Bars are now packaged in 100% paper boxes. We are transferring PLA made from vegetable starch. Until we have transferred the entire range to paper boxes, you will still receive snap bars in PLA biodegradable bags.

Our Little, Medium and Big wax melts are poured directly into 100% recycled PET pots. Not only are they made from recycled materials, you can also recycle them again!

If you have any feedback on our packaging, including ways to improve it, we are always open to here your feedback. That is how we get better.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is despatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it. We despatch quickly, but if it is already packed and in the system, you will only have your consumer rights and be bound by our returns terms and conditions.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
