Pick n Melt had a fantastic time attending the return of Bishopstoke Carnival, a much-loved community event packed with entertainment, stalls and the ever-popular duck races that bring the whole village together. The carnival itself returned with a procession through the village followed by a fete at Glebe Meadow featuring food, music, activities and community stalls, making it a brilliant day out for local families.
For us, it’s always a pleasure to be part of events like this where local businesses and residents come together to celebrate the community spirit that makes Bishopstoke special. We had a great day meeting people, chatting with customers and soaking up the atmosphere alongside the many other traders and groups who helped make the carnival such a success.
And of course, a huge thank you to Ariel and the organising team whose hard work makes the carnival possible each year — events like this take an enormous amount of effort behind the scenes and it really shows on the day.
