Our Refund and Returns Policy complies with UK consumer laws.

If you would like to return an order or product within your order you can do so within 30 days of delivery. You do not need a reason to do so. The product will need to arrive back to us in the same condition it was sent. You must cover the cost of return postage. 

If your item is damaged, the courier will cover this cost when we make a claim against your address. We can then resend your item or refund on receiving the order back to us.  Please note, that we do not consider broken snap bars as damaged. Some times wax breaks on its way to you, but this will not affect how the product performs. The wax will still smell as strong. 

If your item is damaged on return, we will not accept the return and you will need to make a claim with Royal Mail for the value of your package.
